COMPANY OVERVIEW

• ZINT LLC is a Mongolian company based in capital city, Ulaanbaatar. The company was established in December, 2012.
• ZINT LLC operates three different businesses which are all connected to health care industry:
• ZINT CLINIC
• Synergy Physical Therapy
• ZINT Pharm
• ZINT Pharm was established in 2014 with the mission of importing best with proven efficacy and safety medicines, vitamin supplements and medical equipment to Mongolian market.
• Currently ZINT Pharm works with Bayshore Pharmaceuticals from USA, Rich Vitamins LLC from USA, Trichterbrust LLC from Germany, and Medical Technology and Transfer Service from Vietnam.

OUR ROOTS

• The foundation of the ZINT LLC was laid in 2012 when Zorig Tumennasan established the company right after his graduation from the US college with Business marketing and management double major.
• He saw the opportunity of small clinic market in Mongolia since he was from the family of doctors; therefore, opened ZINT Clinic with the help from his parents.
• Both of his parents work for the Clinic as a full-time doctors and trained in USA, Switzerland, Australia.
• ZINT Clinic was recognized by the Ministry of Health as an example clinic, and one of the most recognized clinic in whole Mongolia.
• From our huge success of ZINT Clinic and Synergy Physical Therapy, customers asked us to bring the most sufficient and safe medicines, vitamin supplements and medical equipment to Mongolia which was the starting point of ZINT Pharm

• Since 2012, Premier Tailor became one of the most famous shops in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
• Main Product : formal menswear and womenswear including shoes and other accessories
• Shop area: 120m2
• Average order: 50-60(including MTM and bespoke) suits per month
• Fabric: available up to 5000 fabrics, which are from Italy, England and Korea
• Customer: over 300 (10% are VIP customer, and 30% are repeated customers)
• Employees: 6
• Product Origin: formal wears are made in Korea and accessories are from Korea, USA, UK and Italy

Distribution Proposal for AlternaVites

• Make distribution agreements with the 9 biggest pharmaceutical companies and sell in 50 pharmacies in Ulaanbaatar and 10 pharmacies in countryside.
• First year we are planning to sell 500 units from each product which makes total 2000 units monthly; annually 20000 units.
• Sales will increase by 50% in 6 months which is 750 units per product and 3000 vitamins monthly.

Marketing Proposal for AlternaVites

• Publish monthly post on Facebook page of Tovuu Navchaa and Zint cliniс.
• Publish posts on influential/celebrities Facebook pages who are already works with Zint Clinic.
• Give advertising lectures to family physicians and pediatricians quarterly.
• Make 20 seconds TV commercial and broadcast on most popular channels for one month in every quarter.
• Make 20 seconds FM ads and air for one month in every quarter.
• Publish Ads on the most popular marketing journal “Нийслэл гайд” (Metropolis Guide) 2 times per year.

Zint Pharm made exclusive distribution agreement with Bayshore Pharmaceuticals, USA and imports vitamin supplements for infants and children under 4 year old such as D-Vite, Tri-Vite, Poly-Vite, Poly-Vite with Iron. These supplements were registered in the National List of Medicines by Ministry of Health and Sports.
